Art, for me, has always been about joy and intuition - a philosophy I inherited
from my father. He taught me to pursue what I love and let my passions shape my work. Like him, I cherish the freedom of the creative process, allowing ideas to evolve
organically without rigid constraints.
I work primarily in sculptural ceramics, drawn to the way the medium retains a
tangible human touch. The imperfections, textures, and subtle irregularities give each
piece a sense of authenticity - an awareness that perfection could never be replicated.
My work is eclectic, weaving together personal interests, my Swedish heritage, and the
spontaneous inspirations of the moment.
I’m deeply inspired by historical artifacts, their layers of time and untold stories.
At times, I intentionally craft pieces that evoke an aged or ancient quality, capturing the
character that only time can bestow. Through my art, I celebrate imperfection, history,
and the profoundly human act of creation - transforming raw material into something
meaningful with my own hands.
